     There are always thousands of young ideas growing up around us. Like children, they must be carefully developed. I am so positive of this that I have often said we must ob­tain a better understanding of the way to develop ideas. Because if we tried to rear human children the way we develop infant ideas, we would expect a child of nine months to earn its own living.
