Edward Jordan
(1569 - 7 Jan 1632)
English physician who was educated at Oxford, earned his M.D. degree at Padua (c. 1591), and became a Licentiate of the College of Physicians (7 Nov 1595) and a Fellow (22 Dec 1597). Thereafter he moved from London to Bath where he spent the rest of his life. He wrote A Discourse of Natural Baths and Mineral Waters (1631).
