Jean Cardinal Daniélou
(14 May 1905 - 20 May 1974)
French theologian and historian who wrote several historical studies on theological topics. Through translations, his ideas on religious history, philosophy, ethics, and theology have been spread to lay and scholarly readers throughout the world. He was elected to the French Academy in the year before he died.
